Cast Metal Sign Letters & Symbols
Gemini offers cast metal letters in over 50 of the most common letter styles, in heights of 2" to 24", depending on style. Also offered are cast metal symbols, either stock symbols, or custom symbols cast to your design. They are cast from lead-free bronze and aluminum ingots in pollution-free plants in Texas, Iowa and Minnesota.
Cast aluminum letters are available in your choice of 45 standard baked enamel colors, or your choice of seven finish options. We can also match any PMS color or any PPG, Dupont, Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore color, for an additional $70.00 per order. Specialty paints may require an additional surcharge.
Cast bronze letters are available in your choice of six finish options.
Cast metal letters ship in about ten work days, from the day Gemini receives your order from Aztec.
With the precise mounting templates we supply with each order, and tips we will offer for your specific situation, anyone with basic hand tool skills can easily perform a professional installation!
As with all Gemini letters, cast metal letters are guaranteed for life, and all it takes to keep them looking brilliant is an occasional cleaning with dish soap and water to remove environmental residue.
Cast Metal Letter Prices
Shown below are prices for aluminum and bronze cast metal letters in several popular letter styles.
These prices are for standard satin finish on cast aluminum and bronze letters, with mounting hardware; they do not include installation pattern or shipping charges.
Lower case letters, if available, are 90% of the upper case prices, and punctuation is 1/3 of the upper case letter prices.
For cast aluminum letters painted a standard baked enamel color, deduct 10% from the prices shown.
